I wanted to share some selfies I have taken on a the race so far & share a little about them.

Here we are holding up the famous Josephina’s tortillas with hot queso fresca in them. We got these a lot during ministry made by our ministry host. The food I miss most about Guat.

Lol only night we ever have used a tent. **Upcoming racers don’t bring a tent** Lucy & I were at the beach with some friends for the weekend.

Our ministry host’s cute kitten- we named him Oliver. And can’t forget Emerson- one of the boys I was close with at ministry. Miss him:(

My friend MG & I roasting marshmellows at the top of the Volcano Pacaya. We rode up the volcano on horses & then used the hot lava to eat some toasted marshmellows. One of my favorite adventure days by far.

Sweet sweet Carmelina- my best friend in Guat. Cried & cried when I had to say goodbye to her.

Some of my favorite girls:)

RICKYYY- my heart. My guy best friend. He was so funny & so smart. He picked up English very fast.

Slumber parties very night in Guat!

One of the hardest goodbyes. Had to say goodbye to our team leader, Alyssa, since the team leaders only stayed for the first 3 months of the race.

Mady & I having the time of our lives in the bed of one of the teacher’s truck on the way to Chiang Mai. Since we live in Mae Ai we have to travel 4 hrs to get to the city if we want to hangout there on the weekends.

Lucy & I at a pretty orange farm! Thailand has the best clementines/oranges and apples.

New Years Eve!!! We got to see the famous lantern festival. Light up a lantern & it flew into the sky. Felt like I was in a scene from Tangled.

Lol just got on the bus for the 22 hr bus ride! Never ever want to do that again.

MY TEAM!! Eating sushi at a restraunt in Myanmar.

Na Yo- one of the girls at our ministry in Myanmar. She was so cute & loving.

My friends- Abbey, Emma, and I getting ready to board the flight to go back to Thailand. Still thanking God we didn’t have to go back on the long bus ride.

Just a selfie with some kindgeraten girls I teach at Bankai school!

We had a team photo shoot one of our first nights back in Mae Ai. Put on makeup & dressed cute (well with the clothes we have that we think are cuter haha). Loved feeling like a girl again:)

Weekly Saturday trip to DQ!

ALSO only one week until I leave for Swaziland, Africa! I AM SO EXCITED!!

Much love,

Nicole
