I find myself dreaming again…

Lost in curiosity of the mysteries of Your Majesty.
I wonder what else is beyond the walls of this world.
I’ve always believed all things are possible in You,
But I’m beginning to see it now, beginning to ask for it.
Dare I ask for big? Do I really want big? Yes.
A big, fat, resounding Yes.
Eternity is now.

Paul’s heart beats true inside of mine;

I’d rather leave and be with You completely,
But it is better that I am here.
Redemption’s story is the greatest phenomenon of all,
And I have been born into its joys and sorrows.
I get to be with the Holy of Holies
and be also with the defiled, destitute, and forgotten.
I get to sing with the angels
and also with those who’ve never had a chance to sing.
Life.  Mourn with those who mourn;
Rejoice with those who rejoice.

I have the joy of letting the Kingdom of God loose on this earth.

Jesus, You have shown the way.

How is it so simple and so insane all at the same time?
How do I DO this? I mean, really?
Belonging to one world and living in another?
I think I might understand a sliver of what you must have felt, Jesus.
I am identifying with the necessity of the cross.
It’s hard; but it’s worth it. Every second is totally worth it.
Can I visit the heavens and still remember how to love in the
                                                    simplest of ways on earth?

As I ask… I fall on the answer.  You did.  So I know I can with You.

Can I remember how to be relevant to the people who are still stuck on the idea if there even is a God… when I’m in search of the meanings of the dreams and visions You’ve given me… and what it means to be Your eyes in the Spiritual realm?

                                                                   *Yes, Sweet Jesus.  In Your love, this too is possible.
You never change.

                              You are the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Grace. More Grace, oh Lord.

My heart is forever in a state of worship; You are SO good.

I beg You, may I never forget the faith of my childhood; the simplicity of Your goodness and grace as I venture deeper into the waters.  I long to visit the depths of Your Spirit, the depths of Heaven… yet I want to be able to relate to people who have never experienced Your love, those still confused on what life is all about; those striving to make sense of it all on their own.

My dream is to be horizontal and vertical; relational in every way possible.

Whatever that looks like, I know You are here,
You have ordained every conversation
and every encounter I have,
from hugging babies to raising the dead.
No one can fathom Your ways,
                                          -especially not me.
I want MORE of Your mystery!!!
More of YOU! It’s intoxicating;
the most fulfilling love I’ve ever known.

I feel like I’m running but my feet are way ahead of my body. I am TOO hungry to not to ask for more wisdom and understanding, but I’m trusting You to lead me regardless if I understand. You’ve had my heart since I was a little girl, and You’ve always treasured me and never forsaken me.

Your love is the center of my existance.

I’m already in way over my head, so carry me on, Holy Spirit.
 I want more!
More of Your mysteries,
More of Your love.
Move me as You please.
I KNOW there’s more beyond these walls.

Ah, so much more.

“If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.”

Psalm 145

A psalm of praise. Of David.
 1 I will exalt you, my God the King;
       I will praise your name for ever and ever.

 2 Every day I will praise you
       and extol your name for ever and ever.

 3 Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise;
       his greatness no one can fathom.

 4 One generation will commend your works to another;
       they will tell of your mighty acts.

 5 They will speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty,
       and I will meditate on your wonderful works.

 6 They will tell of the power of your awesome works,
       and I will proclaim your great deeds.

 7 They will celebrate your abundant goodness
       and joyfully sing of your righteousness.

 8 The LORD is gracious and compassionate,
       slow to anger and rich in love.

 9 The LORD is good to all;
       he has compassion on all he has made.

 10 All you have made will praise you, O LORD;
       your saints will extol you.

 11 They will tell of the glory of your kingdom
       and speak of your might,

 12 so that all men may know of your mighty acts
       and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.

 13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
       and your dominion endures through all generations.
       The LORD is faithful to all his promises
       and loving toward all he has made.

 14 The LORD upholds all those who fall
       and lifts up all who are bowed down.

 15 The eyes of all look to you,
       and you give them their food at the proper time.

 16 You open your hand
       and satisfy the desires of every living thing.

 17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways
       and loving toward all he has made.

 18 The LORD is near to all who call on him,
       to all who call on him in truth.

 19 He fulfills the desires of those who fear him;
       he hears their cry and saves them.

 20 The LORD watches over all who love him,
       but all the wicked he will destroy.

 21 My mouth will speak in praise of the LORD.
       Let every creature praise his holy name
       for ever and ever.

Ecclesiastes 3

A Time for Everything

 1 There is a time for everything,
       and a season for every activity under heaven:

 2 a time to be born and a time to die,
       a time to plant and a time to uproot,

 3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
       a time to tear down and a time to build,

 4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
       a time to mourn and a time to dance,

 5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
       a time to embrace and a time to refrain,

 6 a time to search and a time to give up,
       a time to keep and a time to throw away,

 7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
       a time to be silent and a time to speak,

 8 a time to love and a time to hate,
       a time for war and a time for peace.

 9 What does the worker gain from his toil? 10 I have seen the burden God has laid on men. 11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
