So it seems falling behind on blogging has become a recurring theme in my life. I’ve got a few that need to be posted but just haven’t found time to do it. So keep your fingers crossed and expect a few to come your way in the next few days.

Anywho, let me give you a quick update. My team and I left Budapest, Hungary and traveled to Sofia, Bulgaria. We’ll be here until Sunday. During this time we’ll spend time together as a squad. Tonight we’re having a sweet Halloween party where we’ve each been assigned a super hero to dress as. Let me just say, mine is pretty sweet and so me. Starting tomorrow we get down to business. Our Squad Leaders (The Alonzo’s and Caitlin) will be briefing us for Turkey which is where I’ll be for November.

We leave Sunday, November 1 for Istanbul. I don’t have details of where exactly I’ll be or what I’ll be doing this month. Internet time and details will be very vague this month due to safety reasons. As much as I’d love to give everyone all the details of what ministry looks like we have to be careful to protect our contacts and be smart as Christians entering a Muslim country.

I’d like to ask for lots of prayer this month. Can you commit maybe a minute each day to pray for me? This month God has taught me a lot about prayer (which I’ll post a blog on later) and how important it is. I experienced some spiritual darkness in Budapest and know there will be plenty more of that this month. Pray against that. Also, pray for more discernment.

Some days I’m still amazed this is my life. I’m so thankful for those who’ve supported me on this journey and know it wouldn’t be possible without you. I can’t wait to share more stories with you on how God is at work in His children all over the world. It’s truly been an incredible experience and it’s hard to believe how quickly these past 3 months have flown by.
