Team Blue Sky has officially been reunited in Thailand and we are ready to go to work!
Travel was long, hot and tiring but it’s all worth it to be here on the race preparing ourselves to face our very first month of ministry. In a couple of days U Squad will be split up and sent to various locations across Thailand, some are going to refugee camps along the border, some will be going into the jungles and my own team, along with team Lit2Blaze will stay right here in Phuket with our amazing Launch host ministry She Thailand.
She Thailand works among the women and children who are at risk in the red district of Thailand. Don’t worry we don’t reside there and tonight we will begin specialized training to prepare us for what we are about to encounter in one of Thailands darkest corners. And whatever you do when you think of She Thailand the last thing you want to do is focus on that darkness because it’s minimal compared to the light, life and hope that has been given to the workers who make their way along those streets and my team will be no exception.
I can’t get any of my pictures to upload right now but in a few weeks I will definately post a photo blog to show everyone where I am and what I’m doing here. You can all officially hold off on your safe travel prayers until I leave for Cambodia in at the end of the month and instead focus on praying for the women and children caught in the sex trade that we will be ministering to.
Now is the perfect time to start since tomorrow is Nation Human Trafficking Awareness Day.
Thanks Everyone and God Bless!
