This is a bridge our team helped to build for SHE.
We dug up roots in the field and we worked really hard to clear away the garbage near this fence line so that our contacts, Mark and Sharon Bidell could plant shrubs there. It sounds simple but people had using it as a landfill. We cleared 4 feet of garbage away in some places. Lots of hard work and sweat but it looks really nice now.

We only go to Bangla road every other day on our ‘off’ days we do street ministry with the kids in the neighbourhood. The other day some of our team members baked cookies and prepared icing so we could take it out back and get the kids to decorate cookies. About 20 hyper Thai kids enjoyed playing frizbee, singing songs and just goofing around late into the night.

This is a pillar on Bangla road. The photo was taken during the day time while we were prayer walking. I just thought it was interesting. Thailand has many gods and all of them have to be appeased. These are offerings to a god or spirit. I haven’t taken many photos of Bangla road at night, it feels like an invasion of privacy and I’ve been looking through the photos of the other world racers here and they haven’t taken many either. I’ll take my camera with me tonight and think about taking a few.
