And my new team mates are…

Andrew Habermas:
Andrew is my brand new team leader. At his core Andrew is a worshiper who chases after the heart of God with genuine faith and devotion. He is full of quiet strength and authority. When he speaks people pay attention because Andrew listens to the voice of God and says what Jesus says. In short I am extremely blessed and honoured to be on his team and I am excited to see where our team will go under his leadership.
Please keep Andrew in your prayers. Pray that God would guide him, give him wisdom and discernment when it comes to making decisions. Pray that he would rise up to the challenge and step into the role that God has placed him in. Pray that God would make him bold and courageous, that he would step out in faith and lead our team in confidence. Pray that we, as his team, would stand behind him, encourage, challenge and support him to take lead and become the man of God that he is destined to be.
Cole and Jamie Campbell
Cole and Jamie Campbell are one of two married couples on U Squad. They compliment each other in a way that only God can orchastrate. In the past several months they have worked side by side, supporting each other and reaching out to bring the Kingdom of God to those who are broken, lost and abused. Servant hearts, passion for God and a deep desire to see every person they come across impacted in a real and meaningful way make these two an integral part to our squad and our team.
The World Race is challenging for an individual and being a married couple on the race is rewarding but also very difficult. Pray that God would strengthen their marriage and cause them to grow more in love with each other as they fall more in love with God. Pray that they would be able to maintain a balance between ministry responsibilities, Cole’s work with logistics, time with the team and of course still find time to just be alone together.
***Their marriage is our priority and we want them to spend some time alone experiencing the nations we travel to together. We want them to go on dates. Married couples have to raise twice the money that an individual races raises and don’t have a lot of money to spare on going out to just be alone with each other. Please prayerfully consider sending them a few dollars so that they can have a night out once in a while. If you do want to support them in that way please contact Jamie through their blog and she’ll tell you how to do it.***
Jess Monfort
Jess is an amazing, strong woman of God. I haven’t spent a lot of time with her up to this point but I know from the stories she tells about ministry that she doesn’t back down from anything. She is optimistic and up for any challenge whether that means she’s up to her elbows in slop sorting through sour vegetables or butchering pigs for a contact. When Jess speaks people listen. I am really excited about being on her team and honoured to serve alongside of her in the months to come.
Please pray that Jess would continue to encounter God on a daily basis. That her times of prayer and devotion would be rich with the presence of God and that the power of the Holy Spirit would lead her into greater truths each and every time she sits down to relate to Him. Pray that God would give her divine appointment, that he would prepare the way for her and guide her along paths of righteousness to bring glory to his name.
Cathy Callicutt
Cathy is one of two former team mates on my brand new team. I can’t say enough good things about Cathy, you just have to meet her. She is beautiful, wise, funny and so full of passion for God it’s crazy. I have been honoured to serve with her so far and it is a priviledge to continue to serve alongside of her.
Cathy has been praying for deeper revelations of God’s love for her. She wants to be on fire for God and is determined to push through until she sees His face. Pray that she continues to press in and that as she does God meets her at the point of surrender and just encounters her there. Pray also for stamina and strength, comfort as she’s away from her family during important events like her brothers graduation and just a real sense of the peace that God’s presence brings.
Chelsea Brunts
Former team mate number 2, Chelsea Brunts. Joy. This vivacious, larger than life, most amazing woman of God can be summed up in a single word. She is the most optimistic and joyful person you could ever hope to meet. But on the flip side of her playfulness is a deep well of wisdom, experience and hunger for deeper relationship with and knowledge from God. Chelsea speaks and you hear words of wisdom straight from the Holy Spirit. She is not afraid to speak out the greatness that God has for people and I am so thankful and blessed to be on a team with her once again.
Please pray that God would continue to bless Chelsea, to call her up higher. Pray that she would continually be growing and becoming the amazing woman of God that she was created to be. Pray that God would give her more dreams and more visions to bring glory to his name. Pray that she would see the fruit from those dreams and visions, that they would result in divine appointments and glory for God.
Well… That’s it. My new team. I am so excited to serve as a member of this team and I can’t wait to see where God will take us in the next year. I think we have a team name selected and ready to go but I’m going to keep you in suspense until after it’s announced to the squad.
In Him,
Nicole.
