This month, as you may have guessed from my previous blogs, I have fallen completely in love with the people we have been given to serve and live life with. As my team departed, we wanted to leave them with something to encourage them while we are no longer here in Phnom Penh. Our conclusion was that in the midst of all the change, uncertainty and hardship in their life, the best way for us to show them our love and God's love for them was to pray for them. We asked each of them to write us a letter with prayer requests so we could share them with our supporters. When we told them that 100s of people all over the world would be praying for them, they looked astounded. I am so blessed to have you all in my life that I can confidently say will pray for and care about these people that I have come to love so much over the past month. Ephesians 6:18
Here are two prayer requests from my new family…

Age: 20
"Hellow! Every body my name's Davin. I'm 20 years old. The first, I want all of you to pray for me to have fund for my studying at university and my studying to be good and have succes untill I graduate and I want to get a good job, so I want all of you to pray for me about this. Second, I want to pray about my family to believe and follow Jesus, because now they don't believe Jesus and I want to pray for my mother and my sister because now both of them are got a sick. Third I want to pray to have a place to built a church for worship The Lord."

Age: 18
"Hi all beloved brother and sister in the name of Jesus
My name is Sokong, 18 years old. I am a boy who was born in a province of Cambodia, this time I would like to tell you some about my story.
I am such as a shily boy that like thinking and doing something like crazy. Some question alway stay in my mind or with my feeling they are "what do I live for? for eating sleeping or studying who can tell me? Why these is a death of a life and one more Is there really a true God? in the whole world there are many gods that cannot describe and I don't know which one is the true.
Sorry these are just the crazy question when I was young and I was lived with a life that has no real destination for many years. But later than because of the calling from God. So in 2008 I have come to live in Phnom Penh with a church of Christian. The first time everything was strange and new for me and felt scared, but from one day to one day I try learning how to know Jesus by praying, reading and learning the bible. Not for long I know alot about Jesus and all are true not tell a lie like every films they made. He is a true God that made all you and all thing not like the others that were made by people.
So I want to walk with and give him my life. Sorry I know it's very boring for all of you that have many experience with Jesus but It's really really new in my life. At the end I want you all pray for my family and Cambodian people to change their hearts and reciep Jesus as their king and for my self to heal me the sickness good health, study and my dream for I know that he will make and prepare a way for his people.
Our God is so powerful there is nothing he cannot do.
So please trust him.
