Hi.

First, thanks for checking out my blog and embarking on this adventure with me!

And now a little about me.

  • 28 years young

  • I am unapologetically a Christ follower. He is my role model and I strive to be more like him each day.  I love that He loves me where I am at, no matter what.

  • Foodie, hardcore!

  • I currently work at one of my dream jobs as a barista. (I am a little bit of a coffee snob). It has made me into a morning person.  A 3:15am alarm does not chill my bones anymore.

  • I grew up on the back of a motorcycle and grew up even more riding my own.

  • I have a red beard and blonde hair and no, I do not dye my hair or beard .

  • I have been on two missions trips to Guatemala. This is where I fell in love with mission and cultivated a love for the relief of  poverty (economical, spiritual, and relational)  around the world

  • I love travel and the adventure of it all.

  • being outside is my happy place

The past few years I have been honored to be apart of East Carolina Masters Commission an incredible discipleship/ ministry training program in Wilson, NC. I was also blessed with an awesome position as Media Director at Wave Church NC. In early 2014 I moved back to my hometown to prepare myself for the race.

Again, thanks for checking out this About Me page, feel free to check out some of my blogs and even check out the “Support Me” tab.

All of us must die eventually. Our lives are like water spilled out on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again. But God does not just sweep life away; instead, he devises ways to bring us back when we have been separated from him.
