With only about 7 weeks left on the Race, I thought I’d share where the Lord’s leading me to go next when I get back to the States.
It’s called CGA. Center for Global Action.
It’s a discipleship program that is kinda like a continuation of the race.
It’s under Adventures in Missions. I’ll be in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s like Discipleship College. There’s different tracks or “majors” you can choose from. So in college lingo, I’m planning on double majoring in Worship and Leadership. For now, I’m planning on doing two semesters, which are both 4 months long. For 2 semesters, its $7,500 which covers housing, utilities, and a monthly allowance. Because of the dreams of future ministry the Lord has given me and the gifts He’s awakened in me on the Race (specifically worship), I wanted to pursue CGA and learn/grow more in the gifts He’s given me and it’ll be a good transition after the Race cause I’ll still be living in close community with like minded people.”Classes” and internship/appreticeship will be 9-5 Mon.-Fri. So, I’m back in the fundraising game. I’ll need half of the first semesters cost before I start and need to raise about $1,000 a month from there out. So, $2,000 before I start on January 29th, then an additional $900-$1,000 at the end of every subsequent month. Quick turnaroud I know. I’m excited to see what God has in store in the season after the Race, and I pray that you will consider being a part of it through prayer and financial support.
