For those of you who don’t know I am one of the two logistics leaders on our squad! What that means is that we set up all of the ground transportation for our squad, the debriefs, and LDW’s (basically a mini debrief).
This is quite the job, which is why I am glad to have a wonderful partner to work alongside of in this role!
This is Moriah:
Moriah is not only my logistics partner, but she is also a fantastic worship leader with a great voice and someone who is striving to know God more with all that she has! Her singing voice is very powerful and carries a lot and it moves people when they hear it. She is very passionate about Jesus and strives for Him in all she does and is very strong in her faith.
Moriah holds high regard with the squad that whenever she speaks to the whole everyone will listen, which is one of her many strengths that make her a great logistics leader! She is also a great communicator, not just to large groups, but over emails and such, and she is very good in stressful situations and on the spot things that come up. Both her and my strengths compliment the others, which is why we make a great team! I wouldn’t want to be doing logistics with anyone else! Now just because she excels in all the things above doesn’t mean she can’t do any of the accounting and treasury stuff that comes with the job. In fact, she’s been doing an awesome job with both and has grown a lot in those areas as well!
