Right now I am in the Fort Lauderdale airport in Florida. I have been traveling for 27 hrs, no sleep yet, and headed for Guatemala. It is weird to be in the U.S. even if it is only in airports. I am constantly surprised that people speak English and that I can eavesdrop on conversations and understand what people are saying. I also didn’t realize how long and skinning U.S. currency is…most of the worlds bills are short and fat. I am headed to Antigua for 5 days and not sure what the plan is after that – maybe go to a different country or maybe stay in Guatemala for the month. We will see. Thanks for all your prayers!
