God has blessed me with some wonderful teammates for the next year. We were knit together from a group of 50 other October08 Racers by the AIM staff. This will be my family for the next year. We will cook, smile, hug, laugh, fart, cry, praise, travel, and dance together. I have already been able to spend some quality time with them at Training Camp and now through emails and phone calls. God has already done some incredible things in my team and I believe much more is to come.

We spent part of our first team dinner together at Outback Steakhouse brainstorming a team name that would capture the essence of our group in a single word. We came up a lot of different ideas and themes: Fire, catalyst, a chosen generation, power, explosion, igniting. But none of our ideas settled well. It was only when Brenda came forth with a Greek word that she had written in her journal that we knew we had a team name.
