Do you have a dream?  What are the chances of it coming alive?  Maybe slim, unless you are really self motivated and have a good network of resources.  For the past 5 months I have been working on a project on the side that would make people’s dreams realities.  It started by me raising my hand and asking if I could help Seth Barnes (President of AIM) with anything.  He said he needed a database.  I said, “OK?”.  Without having the slightest idea what I had committed myself to.

Soon I realized that the database was part of a much larger project than I could ever imagine.  A few weeks ago I picked a successor to oversee all my Haiti responsibilities so I could focus full time on what has now become Kingdom Dreams. 

Kingdom Dreams’ vision is to see a generation fully alive in Christ. We do that by fully initiating young world changers through assessment, coaching, connection to life passions, and dream development.  So if you have a dream and want some help with what to do next that is what we are here for.

For over the last 2 years I have been wondering where is my life going?  What am I passionate about?  What is God’s dream for my life?  I am still in the process of discovering that but I think it sounds something like: Building for-profit business that fuel Kingdom ministry.

Well, I have picked the prefect environment for that.  I now work in the Innovations department at AIM and have been getting my “business degree” through on the fly experience.   I have been working on several start-ups and been learning all about: project management, marketing, business planning, web design, networking, resourcing and customer service. 

Our Kingdom Dreams team has now grown to about 12 with 8 of us working at the office in Gainesville. This week we set up a “War Room” to bring synergy to our efforts.  Instead of working independently and checking in once a week in a meeting now we meet all the time and work as a team.
