So what is The World Race? The World Race is a mission trip through Adventures in Missions (AIM) whose vision is to send people around the world as ministers of reconciliation. Through experiencing different cultures and ministries, participants gain a global perspective of needs of the world and how they fit into the Kingdom work of sharing Christ’s love.
I will travel with a team of 7 people, living in community and working with existing churches and organizations that have roots in the local area. We will travel to 11 countries spending approximately a month in each country. There are other teams on The World Race that are partnering with different organizations concurrently in the same country as my team. At the end of the month all World Race teams meet up together for a time of discussion and debriefing before heading to the next location.
