Monday blog time! First of all HI, HOW ARE YOU? If theres anything I can do for you or pray for then please let me now. Secondly my world race fundraising and prep is coming along slowly but surely, thank you so so so much for all the support and encouragment I have received so far. You guys have blessed me to no end,
Thirdly I would like to share really quick what God has been revealing to me over this past week TRUST. At the beggining of the week I was really doubting how the heck God is going to pull this off? and even more so how am I going to pull this off. Everytime I checked my donations page its discouraging to me because the figure was so far below what I need by October to go on this mission trip. I think it was thursday afternoon I just heard God tell me STOP IT! every time you look at that figure you are doubting me doubting that I have your back. So I have decided to not check my donations page any more until the beggining of October, this DOES NOT mean I will not still be working my butt of to raise the figure needed, but I need to trust in him that he has this and if I am supposed to go on this mission trip it will be there in my account when I need it. By the way I know without a doubt that this is his will and thats its going to happen. The mountain can just look so big and scary sometimes.
I am reminded of a gret quote by one of my all time heros Sir Winston Churchill " NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE UP" I must not give up on myself, on the people who belive in me, and most importantly on God becuase he is always faithful.
I would like to close with a verse that has helped me this week Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understaning" There are so so many things in my life right now I do not understand but he does and he has got this, and he will show me when the timing is right. At the end of this HE will have all the glory forever and ever amen.
