God‘s provision!!....
Last year I had the divine opportunity to work with Christ the King Church in Mpeketoni, Kenya for the month of June.
We
had the opportunity to work alongside Bishop and his family in the
community to pray for the sick, encourage current believers, speak in
schools, and see people come to Christ and live for him.
Bishop Busuru: (The Man I wrote about that prays from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. everyday!)
Bishop is STRONG man of FAITH.
He is LOVING.
He is KIND.
He is FAITHFUL.
He is GIVING.
He is OBEDIENT.
AND…His wife and children are the same.
The Busuru family and Christ the King Church has impacted my life and I will never forget my time with them.
CURRENTLY…a
Real Life team (Another Missions Trip run by Adventures in Missions) is in Mpeketoni, with Bishop and his family, serving
with them for 2 months.
I just received an update from Bishop and Janna Williams , one of the Real Life leaders, about what God has been doing while we have been away for 7 months.
Are you ready for this???
There
was a plot of land behind the church where Bishop had desired to build a
home for his family and to have a space for teams when they come and
serve.
For years they have been living in a small building attached to the church and they had really outgrown the space.
For years they have prayed for the finances and materials to build and believed that God would provide.
While we were there we PRAYED over the open plot of land and BELIEVED that God was going to provide.
Well, HE DID!!!
Bishop
now has a home and to top it off…God provided him with a car!
God
always provides in His timing and this update brought me to my knees in
worship of the Father who knows what we need, when we need it.
Thank you God for providing for the Busuru family!!
[Side
note: I will reconnect with the other Real Life leaders in May and will
have to update this blog with pictures of the new home]
