I graduated from University in May of 2007 with a degree in Business and a minor in Ministry.
 
 
In January of 2008 I went on my first World
Race trip. I was plunged into deep community, exposed to the needs of the world and had
my eyes opened to the realities of the Kingdom of God.
 
 
I returned home for a year in 2009 and
then amazingly again was called to do another World Race
 
 
 in January of 2010. I experienced
immense restoration, growth
and learned that God cares more about the true
desires of my heart then I do.

Now in July of 2011, I plan on going to the G42 Christian Leadership Academy in Spain.

You might be thinking…………..

Why would I
need to do that?

Wasn’t two World Race
experiences enough?

Am I just trying to put
off “real life” by continuing
on more adventures?
 
There are three answers to those questions:
 
Intimacy. Character. Humility.
 
I experienced a defining moment of my life
last year on the World Race.
 

I was able to put in stone the 5 things I
know I am

Gifted At. Passionate About. And Called to do.
 

Leadership –
with a Father’s heart and pastoral in my own way.

 Discipleship of Men – raising
up a generation of broken, passionate Men of God.

 Prophecy – Calling out greatness in people. Helping them walk
into Freedom, their Gifts and Calling.

 Justice–
Practicaly being involved in justice issues.

Preaching –
Releasing the fire He has put in my bones! (Jeremiah 20:9)

The Catch?

None of that
matters

If I don’t continue to
plunge into deeper Intimacy with God.

Seek out things that
will refine my Character.

And put myself in situations where I can learn to walk
into deeper Humility.

 
A Driving Mantra for my life is now:
 

If I Become the Man
I’m Supposed Be –

I’ll Do What I’m
Supposed to Do
 
This isn’t easy for me.

But in line with where God
is directly leading me – I know He has called to me
to take the “long path” in
ministry and continue to pursue things
that will refine my inner character and being.

It would be a lot easier for me if I could have a Defined List of Goals to check off.

And a Defined
List of Roles for me to step into during
my 20’s.

But that is not
how He is leading.

Spain
is the next step – After that I
really don’t know.

I do know none of this is possible
without you my wonderful supporters!
 

Through your donation

the Kingdom of God around the world.
