Hi friends, new and old,
My name is Nathan but everyone calls me Nate. I was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts and went to the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Ever since I saw the movie Free Willy and went to Sea World Orlando, I have been facsinated by the ocean and its environments. I went to school for marine biology and when I graduated, got the chance to teach students at an outdoor education camp called the Catalina Island Marine Institute (CIMI).
I love being outside and staying active. I will play any sport you show me and a few of my particular favorites are surfing and volleyball. I enjoy hiking, camping, scuba diving, playing music with friends, and living life with adventure.
This past year the Lord has worked in my life and brought me to my knees with a desire to serve His kingdom on this earth. That is what brings me to the World Race. I need to give up my life in order to gain true life through Jesus Christ.
