Traveling the world you get the opportunity to try a lot of new things and one my favorite is the Tim Tam. A chocolate cookie found in New Zealand, Australia, and parts of Asia. They truly are one of a kind and you can do so many things with them. While in Cambodia my team created what we call the Tim Tam Banana Slam.
Recipe: 1 Tim Tam, Peanut Butter, and Banana
Take one Tim Tam and apply a thin layer of peanut butter on top of the tim tam. Take one banana and cut two medium thin slices and place on top. Ready, set, eat.
