Hi friends and family!

It’s been a bit since I have last written here. I’m home now! The last few weeks in Thailand were very busy and it was difficult for me to find the time to write. Also, our wifi router broke and the only app that worked was Facebook. I posted a ton on Facebook with lots of pictures, so be sure to look there to see what we were up to!

I’ve been home for six days now, and adjusting back to life back home has been overwhelming. Some days it’s easy to go out and live life and it’s no problem. Other days, it’s a lot harder. I’m learning that that’s ok. I’m allowing myself to feel all of the emotions to properly process all that God has done in these past 3 months. I’ve written over 20 pages in my journal, which is something I really never do! There’s so much from these 3 months to process: looking at how God was and is still moving, learning endless lessons, and looking back on all of the good and impactful memories that I cherish greatly.

I’ve had to say some of the hardest goodbyes and accept that this chapter is closing. God has taught me SO much about Himself in the past 3 months. His goodness. His steadfast love. His comfort. His wisdom. His unwavering peace. His beautiful and divine creation. He has filled these 3 months with endless giggles, hugs, and smiles with sweet girls in Cambodia & Thailand. He has filled my spirit with joy and gratitude in small things. He loves us more than we can begin to understand. I love these girls and all of my teammates a whole stinkin’ lot. ?

If you have any questions or would like to talk about my trip with me, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I would love to share more about how God has worked through me and my teammates!

Psalm 103:2: “Praise the LORD, my soul, and never forget all the good he has done.”

Blessings,

Natalie
