Hello Family and Friends!
For a long time, I have felt a tug on my heart to push my comfort zone and go on an adventure out of the United States to serve the Lord. For that reason, I have decided to hold off on going to college and instead dedicate this year to giving to those who need it most. And what better way is there to do that than spreading the love of Jesus?
Ever since I went on a mission trip with my church last summer to Haiti, I discovered the heart the Lord has given for giving to those struggling in poverty, and teaching children about Jesus. And its a dream come true of mine to be able to do that for the next 3 months.
I will be serving as a missionary through Adventures in Missions (AIM) in their semesters program. My trip will be a 3 month mission trip to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama. We will partner with other ministries that are already active in the community, help with service and construction projects, teach English, and spreading the love of Jesus everywhere we go while building relationships with those we meet! I am so beyond grateful for this opportunity to follow what God has planned for me, alongside my wonderful team of 15 other racers.
My hope is that He will do this through you! I am writing to you to ask if you would consider partnering prayerfully and financially with me in helping me get there. I must raise a total of $5,300 in covering all of my travel, living and insurance expenses. I will need to have 100% of my support in my account before I launch on August 20th. I can’t stress how important this trip is to me, and I ask for your help in getting me there.
