Recently things have been good. I became an auntie to a really cute a chubby girl named Estella, it seems fundraising isn’t as hard as it seems and in 5 months I meet my future family and in 7 I get to spend a year with them. However just a few minutes ago I found out one of the countries on my route had an attack.

So to a lot of people (for instance my parents) they wouldn’t be comfortable going someplace that had a terrorist attack (again my parents seem to be on high alert about the world these days). However when I saw this all I thought was, I have to go. God is sending me out to spread love. Of course the world is scary, but God’s love is so strong and unbreakable why shouldn’t other people know about that? Why should that stop me. As Mother Teresa said the only love cures what medicine really cant (not the exact quote bit you get the point).  Why would I not go to this country and tell so many people about God’s love?

God loves us so much that he sent his son down for us. He chose this young girl who wasn’t technically married yet, told her that she was going to be this awesome woman, the Mother of God. She said yes, and then we had her Son. He went and taught everyone about God’s awesome love and then said yes and died for us. His heart literally burst for us, and figuratively burst with love for us. So I am still saying yes to where God wants me to go. There is no doubt about his unfailing love. He will guide my new family and I, as well as protect us.

Say yes God wants you to. Natalie
