The time has come once again to say goodbye. Last Sunday we
said goodbye to our little sisters and moved to a new location for debrief.
There were lots of tears as everyone grew very close in the 5 weeks that we
spent living with them. Our team bonded with these girls in a different way, as
we were always with them. We ate when they ate, slept when they slept and all
had to share one bathroom. I’m sorry for not updating you during that time. It
was hard to put into words all that was going on. Between the responsibilities
of leading my team and playing so many thumb wars, coloring and just hanging
out with the girls, I was very busy. To give you a glimpse into our time with
the girls, I have posted some pictures! Thank you for praying for us, over-all
it went very well.
We are boarding the plane to fly back to America tonight.
Please pray for my team as we adjust back into America. It’s been a long but
very good journey with them. Thanks for being a part of this through your
prayers and encouragement.
