Hello from Blantrye, Malawi! Over the past week, I have been in Romania, Germany, Ethiopia, and Malawi: lots of travel.

This month, I am serving with my team in a small neighborhood of Blantrye, Malawi. The Malawians have welcomed us so well, and I feel blessed. Malawi is known as “The Warm Heart of Africa”, and their hospitality has been testament to that name. Life will be a slower pace this month than the past two. I will be working with “Life Child Malawi”, an early education and development program that focuses on holistic empowerment. School doesn’t actually start for another few days, so for now we are getting to know our African brothers & sisters here better, do children’s ministry for the neighborhood children, and think of random ways to bless our contacts. (If you have creative ideas, let me know!)

I will have limited internet access this month, so my posts may come in spurts.

I figured a video might explain it better:

(and so I made this super great video that currently can’t be uploaded because it took me 7 minutes and four tries just to load the google homepage. Maybe you’ll see it a few weeks!)

With Love,

Natalie
