Summer is over and the next step is officially herre. I am grateful for many things this summer – traveling, working a produce stand selling sweet corn and melons, and wonderful time with friends and family. The time flew by and I find I am sad to leave.
But as I get ready to fly to Romania in just a few hours, I still know it is the right decision. God has given me incredible peace about going back to Draganesti-Olt. I cannot wait to be back in ministry at Hope Church, spending time with local missionaries and reaching out to Romanian kids, youth and adults. Just thinking about it makes my heart happy. Again, this trip is in preparation and confirmation to go back for at least two years.
So I will be overseas until October 30th. Please keep Romania in your prayers. Pray I would use my time wisely and intentionally. Pray for opportunities to share the love and light of Christ.
