Hello supporters!
Our team has been working with an incredible organization called Transforma. They touch the lives of every woman in their community in every aspect. We have decided that we wanted to create a weekend retreat for them to honor them and pour into their lives. They have literally devoted their life to serving Costa Rica and we would love to provide a weekend of rest and sessions. We plan to provide lodging and transportation for a one night stay at a nearby beach. We will have a night of sessions including worship, teachings, feet washing, etc.
We also have another ministry where we will have an opportunity to buy the time of a prostitute at the largest brothel in Central America. We want to be able to have one hour of uninterrupted time to be able to share God’s truth in love with one of the women. It’s also been said that some of the girls in the brothel are underage. We want time to sit, talk, and pray. This could also lead to the girls being transferred to a safe house.
Both of these require us to fundraise. I don’t want to give an amount but I would love for you to take time to pray about being apart of this and how much to give. All the proceeds given will benefit both of these ministries. If possible, we would like to have all donations submitted by Wednesday March 8.
