I am looking for people to join me on this race!
1. IF YOU WANT TO COME WITH ME PHYSICALLY… that would be so amazing! Seriously, pray about it & apply at www.theworldrace.org . I’m going on ROUTE 4 in JANUARY. ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH Christ!
2. I am in HUGE need of prayer.
– TIME: Pray that I will not get lazy. I’ve been juggling work, school, and church these past couple of weeks. & it doesn’t seem to slow down. After work or school, I really want to come home and just nap forever, go to the gym, or sit down and read a book. But there seems to be endless amounts of things to do. SO PLEASE pray that I will use my time wisely! Whether it’s prepping for missions, studying, or not wasting time at work, pray that I will do what is pleasing to the Lord moment by moment.
– VISION: to have gospel vision! That I won’t just waste time, but in all that I do, I will make it count. That everything will have a purpose.
– IDENTITY: That I will find my identity in Christ & Christ alone. Gods been surfacing a lot of my sins lately & it’s hard. I struggle with physical insecurities and feeling insignificant a lot… but Gods been shaping my mind and heart these days! Please pray that I won’t continuously fall into these sins, but I will fight it knowing that Christ has given me Him.
– THE RACE: Pray that the holy spirit will be with my team! So many random things have been happening that hinders and discourages us as we take this step into faith.
3. Financially
FIRST OF ALL… THANK YOU FOR THOSE THAT HAVE ALREADY SUPPORTED ME. WHETHER THROUGH ENCOURAGEMENT, PRAYER, OR FINANCE. GODS BEEN BLESSING ME IN SO MANY RANDOM/SURPRISING WAYS. I AM SO VERY BLESSED.
HOWEVER, I am soo…. far from reaching my goal. hahahha.
My first deadline is in less than 25 days. SEPT.26, 2014
