The answer is YES by the way. The Lord miraculously healed someone…. in in the name of Jesus…. two days ago…. AND my teammate Stephanie and I got to be apart of it!

These next two months in Battambang, Cambodia, my team and I will be working at a local hospital. Our job essentially is to entertain patients, but mostly caregivers. Caregivers are family members who stay at the hospital for the entirety of the hospital stay, and their jobs are to bathe, take to the bathroom, and feed their patient. We entertain by playing board games, like Shoots and Ladders, or we play puzzles. I also love to bring my ukulele, sit in the courtyard, and sing and play worship songs. Music transcends all languages but so do games! It is so amazing connecting with people through these activities and laughter.

Our director’s name is Anne, and one afternoon, we were sitting chatting. She mentioned that after hip surgery, one of her legs was left longer than the other. Since one leg is longer, it causes her to have knee and lower back pain. When she stood up, she physically could not straighten one of her legs all the way because the other was so long. We stepped out in faith, and asked her if we could pray for her. After we finished waterfall praying (interceding all together at once), Anne said her leg felt hot. She stood up and could straighten both her legs evenly on the floor. The Lord grew her shorter leg right before our eyes.

Experiencing this amazing miracle from Jesus, with my teammate Stephanie was powerful. Praise the name. I will never forget seeing this miraculous miracle, the 2nd month of my Race.
