If today has taught me anything, it is that the people placed in my life are here for a reason. Each and every one of them has touched my heart in a different way and I couldn’t be more grateful for each one of them. You all have been hand plucked by God himself and placed in my life for a season as this. Thank you for your commitment to me and your obedience to stick it out and continue to be my friend. As I continue to prepare for my trip next year, it has become harder to say goodbye to each one of you because there is so much history. But, in time God’s glory will shine through to someone new because of the interactions I had with you. So thank you, for the laughs, the hard conversations, the love, the tiny gifts of joy, and everything that you have taught me. The people all over the world I will come to meet will benefit because of what you have planted in me. Thank you all for the birthday wishes ????
UPDATE ON THE ROUTE
We have had a route change! We are no longer going to Myanmar, due to logical reasons as well as cultural consistency, but instead are headed to INDONESIA!!! This is super exciting because there is a young lady from my church that is currently serving in Indonesia.
With that being said, I have roughly 30 days left here in the states before I head out to West Africa to our first country, Cote d’Ivoire. I received the confirmation email for my visa this morning, YAY!
