Our last week of ministry at CICRIN was a busy one! We continued serving through construction, cleaning, helping with school, and loving on the kiddos and then had two fiestas (one for Valentine’s Day and one as a farewell). It was a fun filled week, making goodbye that much harder. We said our goodbyes yesterday morning and made our way to Granada through an hour ferry and hour cab ride (blessed by this instead of the chicken bus we were expecting!).
Finally in Granada, we are waiting for parents to start arriving. Mom and Dad (get in tonight and I am SO PUMPED to see them! It’ll be a great week serving beside them and showing them around this country that has stolen a piece of my heart. Prayers for this week would be so appreciated! We have 40 Racers with parents on the way and are beyond excited to share our journey with them.
