We’re a week into our time at the orphanage and have really enjoyed spending time with the kids. They are 5-18 years old and have so much joy! They are up and out the door for school at 6:30am and come home around 2:45pm. Afternoons are split with play time and chores, and evenings come to a close with worship and prayer. It’s amazing to see the kids all speaking with God and singing Him praises!

With the kids home on weekends, we made a “movie theater” with sticky note tickets, stove-top popcorn and 5 computers synced up playing “Inside Out”. They loved it! So much that when kids were finishing chores on Sunday, they wanted to know what we we’re watching next (picture is of Sunday’s movie)

Sunday morning also consisted of a church service. The kids came together to worship and read scripture. It was beautiful!

We’re very grateful for the hospitality we’ve received and how wonderful the kids are. Also, for our friend, Ezechiel, who has helped with translation and showed us around downtown Port-au-Prince. Adventure days are so fun with him!

Please keep being prayer warriors for us! Thanks for your love!
