I want to give everyone some updates!

Finances:
Ok, so if you look to the top of my blog page it will tell you that I only have $3,703 raised towards my total goal of $16,242 and there are more funds that are in my account at QLBC. I know that has been a little confusing for some so I wanted to clear that up to all πŸ™‚

If you want to give a one time donation you can do that right here by clicking on the “support me” tab above (next to the green support bar) or by making either an online donation at qlbc.org or by writing out a check to QLBC with my name in the memo line and dropping it in the offering plate Sunday morning or handing it in at the church office! If you have any other questions related to giving you can see my blog post titled “How to Give”

Fundraisers:
We are keeping the ball rolling with the fundraisers!

I am in the midst of planning a garage sale for a Friday and Saturday. The location is locked in and the date is coming soon and is TBA πŸ™‚

I am in need of donations for this garage sale! I will be getting rid of a lot of items of my own and I have a few other things that have already been donated. f you have any items that you are willing to part with please let me know via email, FB, or by chasing me down in the church hallway πŸ˜‰
I am willing to come pick the items up, I just need to know when and where.

I am currently selling T-shirts! They are $20 for sizes S-XL and $22 for sizes 1X and larger

I have a small order that is on the way and should be here sometime next week! That way you can see the shirt, then I will be pre-selling them and collect the money from you to purchase another shipment! Please let me know sizes and I can take cash, check (made out to Morgan Morales), and all major credit cards.

Do you love tri-tip?? I know I do!

I am having a tri-tip lunch and bake sale on November 9th!
The two weeks leading up to that you can pre-pay for your lunch, the tickets will be $10 and the lunch consists of tri-tip sandwich, chips, and a drink. You can pick up your order on the 9th in the kitchen overflow at QLBC and get some baked goodies while your at it! I will also have some if my knitted scarfs to sell as well. The weather is going to be chilly by then I just know it!

Training Camp:

I am leaving for training camp on October 8th and I will return home on October 19th! This is the week I will be spending in Georgia to meet my squad mates! We will learn who will be in our small groups, learn team building, and bonding, and i’m sure AIM has some fun stuff up their sleeves for us πŸ˜‰

Prayer:

Could you please keep N Squad in your prayers? We are approaching our first deadline and a lot of member are not yet, to the deadline. Please keep us all in your prayers as we become closer in the coming weeks leading up to camp.

I have noticed that the closer I get to launch the harder the enemy tires to mess with me. I feel discouraged and frustrated more often than not. I know that a lot of my squad mates are going through the same thing as well.

Balance!! I have a lot on my plate!! Preparing for camp, launch, the start of a new choir season, outreach, praise team, school, and home life. Everything is just extremely busy right now and I am finding it difficult to keep up in every area. I am also very tired.

ALSO, IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO MY BLOG YET PLEASE DO!! THIS WILL BE THE ONLY WAY TO FIND OUT WHATS HAPPENING ONCE I LEAVE HOME πŸ™‚

THANK YOU!!
