I’m still chilling in
Atlanta
and really enjoying the time to process more of what’s happened over the last few weeks.

Last night I went to a great Georgia Tech game with my friend Ryan and took a looooong shower.
I didn’t realize how dirty I was until I looked at the tub after I was done, yuck.
  I think I have

Georgia
clay tattooed to my skin.
Today has been super chill, I’ve really enjoyed having some alone time (yes even us major extroverts need time alone.)
I spent a few hours in a Star-Bizzel, mostly praying for the people around me.
As I was silently praying for this guy sitting next to me he started talking about how his dog had just been put to sleep and how he had been crying all morning.
I didn’t say much, just affirmed his pain and listened as he opened up about his dog.

After he left I got in a conversation with another guy who turned out to be just finishing seminary.
It was neat to share with him what God is doing through the World Race.  He expressed interest in following the blog.
It’s amazing to me the connections that God is making for me before this trip.
One of my goals over the next few months is to get as many people as possible following the race.
For those of you who are already following, thanks.
