I posted a blog(Month 2 Recap: Haiti) and in it, I mentioned that my squad and I got to paint houses that would soon be homes for people who’d been made homeless after the earthquake in Haiti.  Well, I’m extremely happy to say that the houses we painted are now homes filled with families who have lived in tents for the past few years!! Check out the photos below!

To my supporters, friends, family and prayer warriors:  YOU are so vital to this journey I’m on. Its not that I alone painted those houses; WE painted those houses. Your financial support and prayers are what got me to Haiti in the 1st place! Its because of you that I was able to paint those houses for the homeless. So THANK YOU. Thank you for believing in what I’m doing and thank you for allowing yourself to join me in being the hands and feet of Jesus to the people of Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and all the countries I’m going to serve in.

I’ve got 3 months left to raise funds; if I’m not fully funded by June 30th, I’ll have to pack up my backpack and come home early. Please consider partnering with me as a monthly supporter to ensure that I’ll be able to stay on the World Race and continue to love needy people around the globe.

Here are just a few of the families that were recently given keys to their new homes! (Photo source: Mission of Hope’s Facebook page)

In order to be fully funded, I still need to raise around $5,000. Please  consider supporting me with a monthly donation so that I can stay on the World Race for the full 11 months!
