Here’s the past couple weeks! ๐
We woke up in Toucheng, Taiwan. Toucheng might be one of my favorite places ever. Its a beautiful beach town with the sweetest people.
Some YWAM locals, Natalie and Zach, took us surfing! We were terrible!
After Taiwan, we took a quick flight over to Hong Kong to apply for our Chinese visas.
In Hong Kong, we got to camp… cause its free! Here are some of my teammates meal prepping.
Asians love to camp, so we made some friends during the week! ๐
Our meals were actually really good. We wrapped up some grub in foil and tossed them in the fire. And yes, that is a water buffalo (everybody’s got one) behind Jen. There were also wild boar that would team up with the buffalo. It felt like hunger games at times. Tents were ripped, food was stolen, but we survived.
This was our last morning camping with our friend, Jacko.
Then about 10 loads of laundry.
We got our visas! We’re going to China!!!!
But first, we had to sleep in a train station.
And then we took a 30 hour train to China!
CHINA!!!
My team has been able to get some good quality time together:)
Some of our favorite things are card games and cooking together. Also, Jen has been teaching us how to salsa!
We’ve been eating healthy…
Sometimes! (This one is for Tami) ๐ This is an asian waffle cone ice cream!
We’ve been apart of amazing work here in China. For safety reasons, we can’t say where or who we are with. Just keep praying for us!
Have a good one, America.
