The end of the race in near, and with that comes final debriefs. Final debrief is when the squad has it's final supper if you will. It wouldn't be the same without two great and amazing squad leaders a married couple Billy and Katie Swan. They were on the race for the first four months and then left at the beginning of Romania. Even when they went home they would always keep tabs on all of us, which is pretty many seeing as there are 50 of us.
They are great motivators and wonderful people. Billy when he speaks I know its all from the Lord because he speaks truth and with power. He is also the only man I can say I appreciate other than my dad. He speaks truth into the ladies and treats them like a man should treat any women with respect and love. Katie is the sweetest thing; she has a heart full of gold and is totally a woman who speaks the truth when it's about the Lord. She has a heart for the whole squad and we all missed her at 8 month debrief. They are 2 of the 3 squad leaders that we have had the pleasure to have while on the race. I can say for myself, I have been touched by these two individuals and I will always remember them.
So I'm asking my supporters that have supported me and have followed me since the beginning, to please help my squad leaders come to final debrief. It would not be the same without them and their words of love and grace. I would love to hear their words of encouragement, one last time in Malaysia.
The problem is they need help in raising money to go. We were told that if every member on the squad would raise $80 then we could get them both here. I would like it if you could please, please, please… help them and donate what you can to help.
