Hello Friends, Family, and the like,

As you may have noticed at the end of my last blog I said “be sure to stay alert and keep an eye out for my next blog that will include a very special announcement about my future.” So, here is my next blog, complete with special announcement… I may have told some of you, you may have heard from the grapevine, or may have read in my newsletter, but I figure, what is more official than putting the news online for eternity?! Well, here is the official announcement…

This upcoming January, I will, once again, be leaving the Star Spangled Soil I know and love to lands unknown with a squad undetermined to be an official bona fide World Race Alumni Squad Leader!

(Cue confetti and party music here!!!)

This is something I am way super duper excited about, and something that I feel totally 100% called to do! I will meet my squad and my co-leaders at training camp mid-October, and will have more information to share with you lovely people then!

For those that may be a little unsure of what a squad leader is, here is a little WR definition:

Squad Leader: Noun- (Also known as SQL) An alumni World Racer that oversees the entire squad and ensures they are headed in the right direction mentally and spiritually for the first 5 months of the Race. They have the tough conversations when they need to be had, plan debriefs, pray over vision for the squad, foster safe environments, encourage vulnerability, and plan team placements.

… so basically a huge responsibility… but a super awesome exciting responsibility none the less. I feel incredibly honored and blessed to be chosen as a squad leader and can not wait for everything God will do in me and through me in this next season of my life.

UNTIL THEN… I will be living in Fairborn, OH with my beautiful family, and working full time as a Nanny with 2 incredibly sweet youngsters to earn money for SQLing. However, I do need to have a minimum of 3,500, and even though (apart form this blog) I will not be actively fundraising, I will be more than happy to accept donations! If you feel called to give any amount, you can do so online (Click the “Support Me!” link on the left of this page and follow instructions from there!) If money is not an option at this time, you can also support me through prayers and kind words (emails and blog comments mean the world to me!!)

Thank you for reading, being excited, and celebrating along with me! I will continue to post blogs, so stay tuned in! I love you, all.

Continue to love well,

Molly Fae
