Life in Costa Rica
This will just be a short update on this month. We have arrived in Costa Rica and I’m in love with this country. It has been interesting to see the difference in the culture going from Nicaragua to Costa Rica. The ministry we are working with is called conexión. Conexión works in many parts of Costa Rica they work in schools, prisons, churches, community and so much more. Everyday is something different for us we have been working in a lot of schools and last week we spent two days in a women’s prison. Those two days were one of the highlights for the whole trip for me. When you think of a prison many negative thoughts can fill your mind but going in and being reminded that these are children of the Lord and he created them and just learning from them was so rewarding. Another thing that I’ve been learning this trip is that the Lord has a plan and no matter what path you take he will direct you to where he wants you no matter what.
