Dear Family and Friends,                                                                   January 15, 2018

Hello! I hope all is going well for you! I have some exciting news that I would like to share with you, but first I would like to give a background to it. Earlier in 2017, probably around February, I was getting turned down by every job I applied for and just didn’t know where my life was headed. I just needed to get out of Colorado and see what was out there for me. So I Googled how I could do just that. It started with working on a cruise ship, to being a flight attendant, to even figuring out how I could become a travel blogger. I eventually just searched something along the line of “how to travel the world” and the World Race popped up. I clicked on the link and fell in love right away.

What is the world race? It is an 11 month long missions trip in 11 different countries. My team (a group of individuals just like me) will be working with current ministries in certain areas of different countries. We will be helping out the community in any way we can, such as planting churches, spreading the Gospel, helping orphanages, teaching English, and working with sex trafficking victims. The world race is part of an organization known as Adventures in Missions (aka ADV). ADV is the parent organization to many different mission organizations.

God calls us to be go and make disciples and I have felt His calling to go on the world race! I do need some help getting there and while I am on the race. The best way I can ask for help is in two forms: prayer and financially. I ask that all of you pray for me and my team as we prepare for the race, go through training camp, and especially while we are on the race. If you feel called to financially help me you can donate online at my blog mirandastefanich.theworldrace.org or via check with the card added in this letter. My goal is to leave for this amazing opportunity in August. To do this, I need to raise $18,100. If you feel called to donate, something as simple as $5 will help me get closer. If you feel called to pray for me, will you also let me know so I can add you to my prayer team?

You can follow me on my journey with the race at mirandastefanich.theworldrace.org (yes I know that was the second time I mentioned it). I have already posted a few blogs on there and I can’t wait to share the rest of my journey with you all.

With a grateful heart,

Miranda Stefanich
