Heyy! I made it to Georgia last Wednesday, which means I am on my 8th day here and I am already loving it! Although there are a ton of new adjustments that will take some time to get used to, I am blessed to be adapting to them all alongside such amazing people! I am a part of a squad of 32 young adults ranging from ages 17-20. Right now because of Covid I spend most of my time within close range with my cohort, which is half of my squad. Then I have my team of 6 racers and 1 team leader. I FaceTimed them a few times before arriving in Georgia but didn’t get to know them much before. By day 2 we were already all best friends. We all work so well together and love each other so much. Which fits our name of team agape!! I am so excited to be doing life with such amazing girls. I attached a picture above of my team with their names written above or below each of their beautiful faces.
Some super exciting news is that I am fully funded!!! Thank you all SO SO much! I can not thank you enough for all of the support I have received. I also wanted to say a huge thank you to Summit Community Church for not only jump starting my funding but also finishing me off so that I could go into this journey fully funded! Thank you, thank you, I love you all!!
