In 2009 I participated in this crazy thing called the World Race. I say crazy because it’s awesome, it’s life changing, and it’s not something that most people consider a wise life decision.
This blog is about my adventures on and after the World Race.
Adventure is something that I think is key in a fulfilling life. Where does the adventure start????? Faith. When I live for myself it means that everything about my life is planned by me, everything I own is for my benefit, and my life becomes a calculated script that has been modeled for me by the world. But God calls us to present our bodies as a living sacrifice. To live not for ourselves, but for God and for others. This is a mind blowing call that will take me a lifetime to figure out. This call is risky, and it costs everything…
I hope that I can give you a glimpse of what this Call means in my life. Sometimes it’s not pretty. But it’s me…………………. MT
