I was blown away during our team building exercises. I was called out by 3 team mates that they saw me as a possible leader. I couldn't believe it. Which I was broken a lot by this confirmation. Over the past several years I have had 3 men of God that I look up to prophecy over my life that God would do great things through me and that he would give me strength. We had a night during TC where we ATL (ask the Lord) for a word over our own lives and over the lives of others. At one point we were asking for a word for someone standing in front of us that we could not see. 3 different people, one who didn't even know they were praying for me, were given words of prophecy that God was going to do big things and that he would give me strength I don't know what he is going to do with yet. God also reconfirmed that he talking care of the finances and that I should not begin to worry about them.
There was also a time when we were in ATL and I was asking God to speak or show me something for myself. I saw a fence in front of trees/woods/forest and I was a concrete underpass/bridge. with a creek flowing through it. I didn't know what that was all about, but I put it to the test like Ron taught us and it seemed like it was legit from God. So I held on to it. The next morning part of our squad went to the falls as exercise and I sat on a rock and discovered that I worship God through nature. I burst out in song singing to God, praises to Him of how great he is. And I felt Joy and happiness in my King.
And here is the fun part. I was not called to lead a team. Which I didn't feel like that was where God wanted me, but I felt like God was calling me to lead somehow, someway. I will be leading, along with Samantha Kirby, in the field of logistics. We will be responsible for getting our Squad from country to country and traveling to debriefs. I ask for your prayers in guidance and openness to learning everything that is entailed in this responsibility. Thank you.
