It is month three already. We are traveling in a Boeing 787 on Ethiopian Airlines. We have approximately one hour left until we land in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where we will experience some more firsts, but more of the same. De-boarding the plane travelling through customs, applying for visas, getting to baggage claim, and hoping that no ones bags were lost in transit. All this is still new, but seems so normal.

I find myself in a state of normalcy and familiarity; always at home, wherever I lay my head, with my team. We just spent 22 hours in an airport, before that we spent 4 hours in a van with complete strangers, and before that we said goodbye to twenty squad mates at El Shaddai. Where we spent three weeks living on mountain forty-five minutes from the nearest town, secluded from the rest of population. But all of this seems normal to me. Like it is the way life is supposed to be.

I don’t know if it is where we go, what we do, the community I am in, or just the single commonality; we are all sons and daughters of the King. He is God and wherever He sends His people He goes before them and prepares the way.

This month I don’t know what to expect; and I like it that way. I know I will be with my team the first week or so and then working to setup a conference for a week, away from my team and then working the two days at the conference. After November eighteenth I have no idea what the rest of the month will look like.

I thank you all for all your prayers and support. They have been met with grace from God. He is still providing and will be calling some to give to this mission. There is still $1,600 left, to be raised before December 1st for the 3rd deadline. God WILL provide just as He has provided every other deadline. Remember when He brought in $4,000 in 18 days. My God is amazing. Thank you again for your prayers and support.
