As I wait in the airport for my plane to leave, I constantly think of how God has continually been waiting for me. Since the day I was born God has been waiting on me to step into a place where he can transform my life, and set a fire in my soul that I can’t contain and I can’t control. God will stop at nothing to bring his kingdom to earth, and he does that through his people. The best part of this trip is that the world does not need me or anyone else. This world needs God!!!! I hope that God can empty me completely, and then refill me with Holy Spirit so that my body can be a vessel for Gods kingdom. All my flesh can do is be consumed with the Holy Spirit, and from there on out God is in control. When God is in control he receives the praise and glory he deserves.
My plane leaves DC tonight at 11:00pm for INDIA!!!! My soul, body, heart, and mind are weak but His power is made perfect in my weakness. His love consumes us, His heart draws us in, His hands heal us, His feet chase us, His eyes seek us, and His mouth calls out to us. If every part of his body can be geared towards us then why can’t we be geared towards Him?
This mission trip will excite my bones, and bring my body to life in the name of Jesus. I continue to hear amazing stories of racers being changed by the Holy Spirit, and I cannot wait for an encounter that will conquer every other experience. So as I get ready to leave on this trip please pray for me to be humble, to use humility, and to bring God the glory he deserves.
