Oh what a journey this has been!
Seeing the Father restore blind eyes, bring new life, restoration, getting to hold his precious ones, and release his kingdom in India.
To proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom in Nepal, safari exploring on elephants, and being pushed and enamored in the mountains of the Himalayas.
To a team change and learning the lives of 6 other world changers and joining with them, teaching in schools, riding motos, and working with a small house church in Thailand.
To loving Sri Lankan and Iranian refugees in Malaysia.
To another team change, loving in slums, buying and preparing a live turkey for Thanksgiving (RIP Gobble Turkleton), teaching English, guitar, and through the gospel of Luke in Cambodia.
And getting to explore Angkor Wat
To proclaiming the love of God over his children in the bars, parks, and streets of Vietnam.
It's crazy to reflect on. My heart has gone through so much in such a short amount of time and I am so amazed at the growth I've seen in myself and the restoration I've seen happen in the lives of His children throughout asia. Something that I've been learning and unlearning as of recent is the heart of the Father and my identity as his Son — it has been ROCKING me! Jesus is the one and only perfect revelation of God's true nature and in Him the fullness of God is pleased to dwell. This is such good news. I am free to proclaim the love of the Father on his children through the nations because I know the heart of Jesus.
All of this could not have been possible, but by you! I am writing this blog to present a need, which is difficult for me to do when I see the poverty and brokenness around me and knowing the poverty and brokenness around you. However the Lord has made it abundantly clear that He has a purpose for me to be out here with the oppressed, as a living epistle, to proclaim his love and freedom to the captives and to join them in solidarity. I don't know how I'm going to raise the funds to stay on the field; and quite honestly, I have no clue how I've raised as much as I have. So I humbly ask that you would pray about supporting me in my final deadline and spread the word. I have until January 1st (25 days) to raise $3,550 to stay on the field.
