Thailand is infamously known for human trafficking and drug use. This country has an unreported 2,000,000 prostitutes at work at any given time. A majority of these women are sold when they are just children because of the severe levels of poverty in this country. Families try to find a way to make money and they decide to just give up their daughters as a means to do so. A lot of these women do not know English and have no hope of ever leaving this modern form of slavery. As a team, we will be fighting to heal some wounds and show freedom to these women. A large portion of our ministry here will be to teach English to Thai citizens and to help them experience what it means to be chosen and to be free in Jesus name. If there is one thing that I am seriously passionate about it is FREEDOM!!
