When I think of 4th of July I think of fireworks,food, fun, and oh yeah independence day where we get to remind ourselves of the freedom we have. This year 4th of July has been similar but different in the best way possible. Instead of celebrating the freedom I have as being an united states citizen, I celebrated my freedom I have in Christ.
At training camp I have really been able to remind myself of the freedom I have being God's son. I have a Father who looks over me, protects me, forgives me, and showers me with his grace. As I learn more and more about the year ahead I can stand reassured that I am following God's will and that he will be walking with me on the road ahead.
