Do I believe that? Do you believe that? Better yet, do we live like that?
If you believe in Jesus Christ, you will not only do what Jesus did while here on this earth, but it clearly states you will do GREATER!
That is a powerful statement. read it again.
We're talking about the Jesus that loved the unlovable, touched the untouchables, healed the blind, broke the chains of bondage, told the lame to walk, fed the thousands with a couple loaves and fish, and gave everlasting water to the woman at the well in Samaria…
…and the living Word is telling me, little Michelle, can top that? hahah. Seriously, God?
Not only does it says it once, but twice just in case we didn't hear it..
"TRULY, TRULY….greater works than these will he do,
because I am going to my Father."
Right now, Jesus is seated at the right hand of our heavenly Father pleading on our behalf,
"So that whatever we ask in His name, He will do.
So that the Father may be glorified."
We are called to Love Jesus, Keep His commandments and He will ask the Father, and He will give us another Helper, to be with us
forever.
So… young, puny Michelle can heal the blind, set the captives free, bind up the broken hearted, and feed the hungry because the Helper, the Holy Spirit is living in me… forever.
I want to BELIEVE it and LIVE it and SEE it. today.
