I will need to raise approximately $17,000 to cover the expenses of the race
Here is the financial breakdown and deadlines that I am required to meet to continue on the race:
Due December 19th, 2014 ~ $7500
Due April 1st, 2015 ~ $11,000 (end of 3 months on the field)
Due July 1st, 2015 ~ $16,243 (end of 6 months on the field)
- Medical Travel Insurance –>$743
- Training Camp –> $325 (Covers our training before departure)
- Field Support –> $650 (Helping to get us supplies, local contacts, etc.)
- WR Development Program –> $1789 (Improvements and Developments)
- Administration Fee –> $2600 (Processing, paying the staff who literally sets up all of our travel, meals, missions, etc.)
- World Racer –> $10,136
- Intercontinental Travel – $4561
- Food – $1318
- Lodging – $1926
- Transportation – $1115
- Long Distance Travel & Misc. Supplies – $1216
However, this does not include other expenses such as:
- Daily $ to live on while on the Race ($1,500+ / $3-5 a day for the year)
- Vaccinations, Gear & Supplies needed for the WR ($2000+)

*** Note you MUST create an end date for monthly donations; the last day we can deposit into our account is July 1st, 2015. If you do not set an end date DynaPay will not automatically end the donations and DynaPay will continue to deduct each month unless the donor calls to have it cancelled.

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. All donations made through AIM are tax deductible. Adventures sends donors an annual giving statement confirming tax deductibility in the U.S. Checks made out directly to us, or cash donations directly to us are not tax deductible. **AIM does not accept cash**
Is my donation refundable or transferrable?
No.
Will I receive an acknowledgement that my donation was received?
If your chosen giving method is through the postal mail, you will receive an acknowledgement via standard U.S. mail approximately two weeks after your gift is received. For gifts online via credit/debit card or eCheck, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement as soon as your donation is made.
Is there a maximum amount for online donations?
The maximum amount for credit card donations is $5,000. There is no limit on the amount for a bank draft donation.
