First of all, God has provided ALL my funds for my 11 month World Race trip!! $14,300!!! Praise God for His faithfulness & provision! Thank you everyone for your encouraging words, prayer support, & generous financial donations! Thanks for being a part of my life changing journey!
Training camp has been INTENSE: Challenging us physically, emotionally, spiritually,and mentally. Forcing us all to LEAVE our comfort zones in every area.As we grow together & build life-long friendships with people around our own age who are like-minded & passionate about serving people around the world & serving Jesus. We’ve had powerful speakers & worship services that have rocked us! I dont think there is one man or woman that has NOT weeped healing tears of joy, love, forgiveness & realizing His purpose for us & what amazing things He has in store for us these upcoming 11 months around the world, as we worship our Father, our Creator in unity with all of our body, mind & soul!
Training camp has been HEALING: Healing me of past wounds that i thought i was healed from & had forgiven. But it turns out…i still had hidden bitterness & open wounds/scars from past that were a stronghold in my life…keeping me from being completely SET FREE!! I feel so free now. We shouted FREEDOM together in the middle of Georgia woods, as we listened to roaring thunder & rain around us.Forgiveness frees our hearts. Christ first forgave us so we have a responsibility to forgive others.I was reminded that God is an endless ocean & a bottomless sea.There is NO END to His affection for us.Amen for that!
Training camp was ADVENTUROUS: Not knowing what our activities were ahead of time, being spontaneous, building our own forts/shelters in woods by a lake, roasting our own meals/building our fires, diggin’ our “bathrooms” in dirt in a bush haha!!! Biggest adventure is stepping out in faith with brothers & sisters in faith who i JUST met, & we are ALL family now!! Thicker than blood. We have served each other, put each other first, prayed over each other, strengthened each other, encouraged each other, challenged each other……and have all placed our life in God’s hands, in faith & trust that He will rock our world & guide us during our World Race. Now THAT’S ADVENTURE!!!!! We all smell like roses too, as we are camping & roughin’ it. .ha ha.!!So excited….stay tunned friends/family. Love you!!! May God’s grace & peace fill you today.
